Our recent stay at this hotel was quite a mix of highs and lows. The customer service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. However, there were some issues with the spa facilities showing signs of wear and cleanliness in certain areas. Overall, we found it to be a good choice but with some room for improvement.

However, the noise from being situated above the main entrance was a bit disruptive at times, and we experienced a minor issue with the whirlpool function in the bathtub during our visit. The only downside was the closure of the CÄSAR RITZ restaurant, but we enjoyed the menu at Del Ponte instead. Overall, a really wonderful experience with just a few minor hiccups.
